VDL (Ville de Luxembourg) contacted us to create an advertisement campaign aimed at motivating people to be more attentive and kind to those with reduced mobility, such as the elderly, pregnant women, and individuals with disabilities, across various transportation mediums. Our goal was to illustrate four different situations, animating them with a musical background for display in bus stops, trams, buses, and to promote them on their own advertising mediums. Our challenge was to find a communication strategy that targeted and spoke to this audience without resorting to stigmatization. We opted for a minimalist, unicolor illustrative style, which we animated in various everyday scenes. The result was a multi-channel campaign visible across everything from Out-Of-Home (OOH) advertising to social media, effectively raising awareness about good practices in public transport with respect to people with reduced mobility.
